    Not a well designed countertop butane tank cooker. Uses a lot of gas, cooks slowly.

    The cooking area is spread out over a wider area than needed which means the overall heat output is low. I found cooking times to be long and the heat tended to be focused into certain areas leaving others not hot enough to cook properly. I think this would work better if the cooking area was reduced by 1/3 to 1/2. So it uses a lot of gas and cooks slowly and is not a substitute for charcoal or wood flame. Food gets baked into the grille and is difficult to clean off. All in all, if I had to re-do this purchase I would not buy it. Poorly designed cooking area and burner shape, size.
